China

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” ~ Confucias

A century ago, outsiders saw China as a place where nothing ever changes. Today the country has become the most dynamic region on earth where dramatic change has become the norm. Explore the human side of China's transformation, viewing modern-day China and its growing links to the Western world through the lives of a handful of ordinary people. Travel gracefully moving between the ancient and the present, the East and the West, and capture the soul of a country that is undergoing a momentous change before our eyes. Let us plan a unique trip that combines these remarkable personal encounters, China's classic highlights, as well as off-the-beaten-path attractions.

When to go? China can be enjoyed nearly year round, but from late April through the end of May or from September through the end of October are the best periods to travel to China (with the exception of the first few days of May and the first week of October which are national holidays when millions of Chinese travel). Peak season is May, September and October, and low season is January, February, and December. Let us plan your unique private trip.
