Personal Information
Indochina Travel does not swap, sell or transfer your personal information, including email address, to any third party or organization without your explicit permission. Indochina Travel does not use cookies nor any other tracking of site visitors in a personalized manner. In some of the places we operate tours, such as Vietnam, local government authorities require we collect and submit your passport, visa number, and other personal information in advance of your arrival. For insurance that may be included in your tour, such as Internationl SOS (www.sosinternational.com) for emergency medical and evacuation coverage we are required to collect additional peronal information such as date of birth. Such information is stored on our office computers and not on the Internet.

Credit Card Information
Credit card information submitted through our secure registration page uses industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology and is transmitted directly to our merchant bank (Cardservice). Our form simply transfers your credit card information, at no time in the online process does Indochina Travel store or retain this data. Credit card information submitted by mail or fax is never entered into our computer systems and destroyed after charges are processed through our merchant bank.
